Other financial institutions may offer accounts without monthly service charges or per-check fees. However, in most cases you must maintain a minimum balance that often exceeds $1,000. At First American Federal Credit Union, you'll enjoy unlimited check-writing privileges, with no minimum balance requirements or monthly service charges.

In addition, you'll have convenient 24-hour access to your account through ATM, Point of Sale, VISA network, and Fast Line, our 24-hour telephone audio response. You can also pay bills from your checking account with our new online bill payment service, "Call Me Bill."

Deposits can be made by direct deposit, payroll deduction, or mail. They can also be made through CO-OP and STAR System ATM machines.

A minimum of $25 is required to open a share draft account.
